We’re looking for a determined, organised individual who will support our team, liaise with our clients, align with developers and help us thrive.

100 Shapes is growing and we’ve been thinking hard about what our team really needs. We’re a team of designers and we’ve never had a dedicated project manager before. Complex projects, larger teams and much more at stake; we want to make sure we stay on top of things and deliver as much value as possible.

That’s where you come in. You’ll be the integral link between the project team, our client and the developers; enabling us to do our best work.

What is the role? 🤓

You’ll oversee all aspects of the delivery lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for planning, leading and exciting teams to deliver quality work in line with our client needs.

Responsibilities 🚀

  • Cultivate strong and open relationships with the team.
  • Manage an agile team on a daily basis, assisting in their development; holding them accountable to timelines and removing blockers to their work.
  • Manage incoming inquiries, concerns and expectations from clients and key stakeholders; accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise regularly with developers to ensure all products are built to the appropriate level of quality.
  • Create and manage a well-defined project management process.
  • Keep the team motivated and fully engaged in the project; encouraging productivity and high performance along the way.

You are confident and determined. You thrive in collaborative environments and you lead by example.

You have: - Technical literacy; experience working with developers - A good understanding of digital products and services - A creative approach to problem solving with the ability to focus on the small details. - Strong prioritization and time management skills. - Understanding of business needs with the ability to maintain client trust and confidence. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively making an impact at 100 Shapes.
